The study shows that the use of Irubond100 and Irucomp510 can help produce high quality recycled WC (above Korea Standard Specification for said material) at a very low cost.

Due to the polar property, IRUCOMP510 works not only as lubricant/release agent but also as glass/mineral filler dispersant in polyamide compound. Moreover, as reacting with amine functional group (-NH2) and hydroxyl group (-OH) so that Polyamide, IRUCOMP510 increases the polyamide compounds’ physical properties.

BACKGROUND
The study was conducted to improve the dispersion of carbon black for masterbatch production. The result shows that TPX4000 Is excellent for pigment carbon black dispersion. It can also work as an external lubricant and can withstand high temperature making It suitable for manufacturing engineering plastics.

Trying to address the issue again on highly filled compounds, we conducted a test to see the effect of TPX1000 on each compound with different quantities of fillers. This study shows that TPX1000 works as a good lubricant and can improve the flow property of the compound.
