IruChem's rubber additives were especially engineered to work as an excellent processing improver for a wide range of polymers such as natural and synthetic rubbers and good for silica dispersion. They improve the flow properties in rubber compound without harmful effects on the compound's physical properties. These additives can eliminate sticking problem between machines and compounds. As a dispersing agent, they can make the incorporation of fillers faster. They can have good dispersion even at low temperature processing and can improve mold release even with complicated mold design. They work both as an internal and external lubricant. As compatibilizer, they increase the shear force without additional load of mixing equipment and improve the dispersion of the compound.

These rubber additives can be used for various kinds of polymers and compounds. They reduce viscosity, eliminate sticking problems and improve mold release.
